FAQ
General Shipping Info:
The shipping cost includes postage and packaging. All items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority and include tracking. Orders are shipped out within a week of being placed, though delays may occur during sales and holidays or if I am traveling for a show. If you are buying a gift and there is a deadline for when it needs to arrive, please get in touch and I'll do my best to accommodate!
Shipping Times:
USPS First Class: Economy tracked shipping for US Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days
USPS Priority: US domestic arrives within 1-4 business days depending on distance from Los Angeles, CA.
International First Class: 1-4 weeks (up to 3 months)
Preorders:
Any order containing a preorder will ship in its entirety as soon the preorder item is available, even if other items in the order are already in stock. If there are products you would like to receive sooner, please place two separate orders!
Customs and Duties:
My packages are subject to any custom charges and additional duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply at the destination country. These additional fees depend on your country, local tax rate, and custom departments, and you are responsible for these fees. If you fail to pick up your package from customs and it is sent back to me, please reach out if you'd like me to resend it! You will have to pay for shipping again.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales final! I do not accept returns at this time. If you need to cancel an order before it’s shipped, please get in contact ASAP! I am not responsible for any damages, losses, or post office-related issues during shipment. Exchanges are only offered for incorrect apparel sizes.
Exchanges for wrong apparel sizes:
If you need to exchange a shirt size, get in touch within 14 days of delivery with your order number, name, and desired shirt size.
If the order hasn't been fulfilled yet, I can edit the order on my end before it's shipped out!
If order has been shipped, I will need to receive the returned item before sending you a new one! You will be responsible for covering postage back to me. When returning an item, please email the tracking number, so I can anticipate it's arrival. The items must be in unwashed and new condition.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or modified.
What if my order arrives to the wrong destination?
Before ordering please check that the address entry information is correct. Should any changes need to be made, please contact me immediately. All shipping labels are created directly from the address the customer has entered. Items that have been shipped to an incorrect address given by the customer cannot be refunded or re-shipped.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes! I offer wholesale and bulk pricing for most products. Wholesale is available through Faire, and if you use my direct link I am not charged a commission. :-)
